Boca Chica invites you to an intimate evening of storytelling through food with Chef Fernando Grassi Cueto. Rooted in heritage and shaped by modern technique, México en la Piel is a five-course tasting menu inspired by memory, seasonality, and the regional flavors of Mexico interpreted through Fernando’s culinary journey.

Having trained in Michelin-influenced kitchens and refined his craft through years of experience, Chef Fernando now brings that knowledge back home, presenting elevated Mexican cuisine in a way that is thoughtful, personal, and approachable.

For one night only, guests will experience a curated five-course tasting prepared and presented by the chef himself in an intimate setting at Boca Chica.
