Boca Chica invites you to an intimate evening of storytelling through food with Chef Fernando Grassi Cueto/Chef Christian de Leon rooted in heritage and shaped by modern technique. México en la Piel is a five-course tasting menu inspired by memory, seasonality, and the regional flavors of Mexico and Guatemala, interpreted through Fernando and Christian de Leon's culinary journey.

For one night only, guests will experience a curated five-course tasting prepared and presented by the chefs themself in an intimate setting at Boca Chica.
